Amazing, I always did oldschool workouts and I am 57. Surprising how a bit of thse i was thought by my MTI in military. I will give this to my sons to read, they are in teens and are working out like crazy and think they are invincible. Following stupid tiktoks from famous idiots who teach kids dangerous exercises that just look good on camera. Hopefully they ll listen to this when they don;'t hear anything I have to say.... thank you for this amazing book
Holy shit, i figured i've been doing 5 of these exercises from the book. The studies are actually brutal on them, i have no idea how i've never heard people talking about this. Great read!
